Ground Layer provides an autonomous operations system for property portfolios. The service utilizes artificial intelligence to coordinate tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and manage operational workflows.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account.
4. AI Autonomy and Liability
Ground Layer acts as a digital coordinator. While we strive for absolute accuracy and provide cryptographically signed audit trails, users are responsible for final oversight of their portfolio operations. Ground Layer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from autonomous task execution.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
